What can we learn from SMBs who thrived during the Covid Pandemic?
What we did: New Heights surveyed a national sample of SMBs regarding their business performance during the height of Covid. Respondents represented information/technology, construction, finance, business services, manufacturing, automotive, and other industries.
What we found: The SMBs that grew during the Pandemic did so by:
- Leaning into changing technology
- Diversifying supply chains
- Engaging their customers
